About the Role

We are looking for an inspiring, customer-obsessed leader for Scaled Sales to partner with India & South Asia leadership in every aspect of the design and execution of a scaled go-to-market strategy ( Inside Sales, Channel Sales, Self Serve & Inbound Sales ) In addition, this leader will build an operating rhythm of data-driven planning, execution, and performance management across newly design sales programs

What Youll Do Manage the design and execution of scaled sales & go-to-market strategy for IndiaSA by partnering with restaurant acquisition, onboarding, account management, operations and support teams across ideation, piloting, scaling, and optimization of scaled sales programs
Define goals and measurement frameworks to inform planning, execution, and performance management including establishing forums to facilitate learning and improvement within Sales and with cross-functional partners Own budgeting & forecasting process and cadence to ensure achievement of revenue and key operating metrics
Set clear objectives and measures Monitor & drive progress, productivity, and results Drive business review cadence and develop reporting frameworks to facilitate alignment, learning and improvement, and accountability
Execute your strategy through scaled teams, in partnerships with our centres of excellence or BPOs
Coordinate with the multiple stakeholders across the business (eg, Ops, Marketing, Finance, Support, BPOs ) to drive continuous improvement on operating metrics on a portfolio of projects
Be a thought leader, and drive alignment around business priorities, provide insights to set strategic direction and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives

What Youll Need

A minimum of 8 years of strategy / investment banking / consulting / business intelligence / sales operations or related experience with 2 years of experience in managing and developing teams
Strong analytical skills and business acumen Aptitude for framing business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements
Experience with Sales GTM - acquisition, account management, and support processes, systems (eg, CRM, reporting), and datasets Geek out in understanding the sales funnel and sales operations best practices
Experience in developing and managing programs with high proficiency in process design and optimization, project management, cross-functional buy-in, piloting and evaluation, and rollout/adoption
Self-starter with a collaborative orientation; empathetic and leans in and embraces rolling up your sleeves (process mapping, data cleansing, debugging/commenting code, documentation); skilled at project and process management to balance between urgent and important requests; thrives on change and comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as stakeholder management and consensus building, and project management
Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity and trust Strong references from former employers and business partners; passion for building relationships
Would be an advantage if you have proficiency in accessing, linking, and analyzing data from structured and unstructured data environments (eg, SQL, Python, R, SPSS) and partnering with Data Architects/Engineers to establish infrastructure to facilitate adoption of standardized metrics/reports and data discovery for non-technical analysts, and CRM/BI tools preferred
