Lead Consultant - ServiceNow - ( CREQ26612 )

Description

7-13 years of experience on Service Now ITSM Modules

Should have knowledge of ITIL best practices

Should have worked on Incidents, Service Requests Module, Admin Development experience on ServiceNow Modules Incident , Problem , Change , CMDB , Asset , SLM / SLA , Service Catalog , Service Portal Knowledge , Discovery

Should have knowledge of Service Now Upgrades and Conflict Management

Good working experience in Service Now Integration with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc)

Should have worked on SOAP integrations

Should be familiar with Soap testing & Soap UI tool

Strong experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules

Hands-on experience developing using JavaScript

Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules

Experienced in basic database skills such as queries & joins

Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best design practices

Strong verbal and written communication

Strong Problem solving skills

Primary Location IN-KA-Bangalore
