Job Description:

Position Summary Reporting into the Head of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs India/globally

Essential Duties and Responsibilities including but not limited to the following

(a) Administer compensation programs, including but not limited to creating policies/guidelines, compensation ranges, fixing per diem rates, and/or any other allowances based on market data and internal philosophy

(b) Aligns differing pay principles in-country where required

(c) Contributes to design and end to end implementation of global compensation programs

(d) Provides inputs on annual as well as ad-hoc compensation budgeting and review

(e) Provides analysis, review and recommendations for standardization and effectiveness of incentive plans

(f) Analyzes scope of job responsibilities and requirements in order to be aligned with our global job architecture

(g) Analyzes and makes sound recommendations on requests for salary increases and job offers

(h) Ensures the effectiveness of existing compensation programs, policies, guidelines and procedures, recommending revisions as well as new programs

(i) Analyzes existing and proposed programs for cost impact, effectiveness, legal and regulatory compliance, and alignment with stakeholder interests

(j) Collaborates with HR, Talent Acquisition and the Business to ensure compensation global policies are adhered to and local policies align with global policies

(k) Provides education to stakeholders (HR as well as Business) on new programs as well as program changes

(l) Provides technical support and acts as an ambassador of all global initiatives, such as Annual Salary Reviews, Job Architecture, Incentives and overall projects

(m) Ensure quality and accuracy of employee comp data in India in our HR systems

(n) Participates in the analysis & review of market compensation studies and external benchmarking, job analysis, pay structure development and salary budgets

(o) Monitors local market trends and develops specific recommendations for review by Sr Management

(p) Oversee and manage internal and external audits and summarize data in a meaningful way (dashboard sand over visual means)

(q) Resolves disputes and communicates with clients in cases that cannot be routinely handled by members of the total rewards team Be the point person on the ground for interaction with Senior leadership on total rewards topics

Education and/or Experience

(a) Bachelors/PG degree in relevant streams

(b) Require 10-12 years in compensation

(c) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy; ability to do root cause analysis

(d) Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects at the same time Ability to manage priorities and workflow

(e) Strong business acumen

(f) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

(g) Proven ability working effectively across various functions within HR Ability to work with diverse groups and reach consensus

(h) People skills including good judgment and tact

(i) Ability to adapt to new technology

(j) Cultural awareness (international)
