Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility

As a Lead Administrator, you should be able to act as a Single point of contact for the technical tower in front of the customer management

Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager

Responsible for Vendor Management and people management Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/ management

Conduct periodic reviews with teams Weekly and monthly status reports to higher management Participate in business meetings with various stake holders

Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys Drive service improvement programs

Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/ individual to minimize the incidents

Effort estimation/ reviews on need basis for new projects

Mandatory Skills Networking Admin Monitoring and TT Tools, Infra Performance and Optimization, Technical Support, Networking Admin

Job Description

5 years of network design/ implementation and network operations support or consulting experience with large corporate customers, specifically in a large enterprise environment

Experience and knowledge of WAN technologies to include Internet, frame relay, private line, and MPLS/ IPVPN

In depth knowledge of routers, firewalls, switches, and other network devices

In depth knowledge of routing protocols, including BGP, IS- IS, OSPF, and EIGRP

Experience with load balancers (F5 and A10)

Strong IPV4 skills (IPV6 a plus)

Demonstrated ability to perform complex problem isolation within converged communications infrastructure

5 years of Cisco network device configuration experience

Experience with Juniper network devices (SRX, M10i)

ITIL v3 process and foundation understanding a plus

Cisco certification of CCNP, CCIE (and/ or other Cisco certifications) preferred

College diploma or university degree in the field of telecommunications or computer science 6 years directly applicable work experience preferred

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Solid oral and written communication skills, and demonstrated use of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio

Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environment with aggressive project timeframes

Excellent technical support documentation skills

Experience working in a team- oriented, collaborative environment

Ability to conduct research into emerging technologies and trends, standards, products as required

Strong customer service orientation

On- Call availability
