Job Description:

Roles and Responsibility

- Hands-on experience on excel formulas and functions ( eg Pivot, Writing Formulas, conditional formatting, Grouping, Charts) to prepare ticket data and analyze further to share it with Team member, Leads, Management

- Experience in PowerPoint preparation of weekly/monthly delivery decks

- Experience in managing the ticket life cycle in Ticketing tool

- Execution of L1 grade tickets

- Application Installation, Attending IT ticket requests raised by staff in regards to network & system issues

- Daily/Weekly Status reports of ticketing tool and timesheet

Soft skills & Others

- Good communication skills

- Candidates preferred from Mumbai -Western Suburbs(Candidate will have to travel to two client locations)

Added Advantage

- Working experience as L1 help desk executive

- Capable of attending the meetings and a scribe and following up on the actions
