Roles and Responsibility Hands on experience on excel formulas and functions ( eg Pivot, Writing Formulas, conditional formatting, Grouping, Charts) to prepare ticket data and analyze further to share it with Team member, Leads, Management Experience in PowerPoint preparation of weekly/monthly delivery decks Experience in managing the ticket life cycle in Ticketing tool Execution of L1 grade tickets Application Installation, Attending IT ticket requests raised by staff in regards to network & system issues Daily/weekly Status reports of ticketing tool and timesheet Required Candidate profileSoft skills & Others Good communication skills Candidates preffered from Mumbai -Western Suburbs(Candidate will have to travel to two client locations)Added Advantage Working experience as L1 help desk executive Capable of attending the meetings and a scribe and following up on the actionsQualification BTech/BE
