Knowledge Management Officer - Service Improvement, Technology & Operations - ( 1800056I )

Responsibilities

Maintain Knowledge Management portal content
Assigned any other call center improvement initiatives
Take charge of call center inventories, including phones and headsets, and ensure sufficient stock for Operational and BCP purposes
Render support to resolve user issues with respect to hardware and software through working together with internal technology teams and vendors
Be part of the project team and partner with solution providers for call centre projects

Requirements

Degree holder

Have basic understanding of web development (HTML)

Good written and verbal communication skills

Primary Location Indonesia-Jakarta Raya-Jakarta
