Job Description Job Opening for Sales Executive in Mumbai | TA Solutions | T A HR Solutions provides best opportunities in various diversified segments and sectors such as IT Information Technology, Ma T A HR Solutions understand that requirement of each client is unique, so we provide fresh perspective young talent of manageme If you wish to be considered for any of the Openings, you may please submit your Curriculum Vitae and We will assist you in the be Job Opening for Key Accounts (Sales) Executive in Mumbai Location Designation Key Accounts (Sales) Executive Exp 0 to 2 years Salary 15kto 20k PM Your job description is as described below 1Calling Clients to initiate inquiries Minimum 50 calls per week 2Understanding Client requirements by doing need based analysis Example Type of product, budget, quantity, delivery timeline, etc 3Sending Power point presentations to Clients 4Sending Samples to Clients 5Sending Quotations to Clients 6Follow up with Clients by telephone and email 7Converting inquiries into orders 8Coordinating with vendors if required or instructed to by your line Manager 9Updating Inquiry and Order status daily 10Filling the order form when required for sample requirement and distributing copies as required 11Filling up the order form, once firm order is received from Client and distributing copies as required 12Preparing daily reports and emailing them to your line Manager including Easy Grahak Software 13Preparing a status report on inquiries and update daily 14Prepare order delivery status, update daily and track delivery 15Follow up on payments for orders where delivery is completed 16Visiting Clientswhenever required to show samples or close inquiries on a personal note 17Visiting Clients whenever required or instructed to do so by your line Manager 18Meeting a minimum of 4 Clients weekly 19Email or Whats- app clients with news letter/ mailer by posting new products made at least once in a week 20Achieving sales target as agreed with the Company Apply to the above mentioned job
