Position Key Account Sales Manager - Bangalore

Location Bangalore, India

Qualification MBA

Experience 4-8 Year

Key Responsibility

Prepare sales plans and schedules to attain specific sales targets

Aggressively acquires new customers, devising strategies to enter new distribution channels and product lines to leverage the domestic markets

Manage enquiry generation, processing enquiries and sample approval procedures as per domestic sales quality procedures

Giving quotations, negotiation and taking orders

Ensure appropriate communication within the organization to ensure the sale order is processed as per domestic sales quality procedures changes or cancellation of sales orders are undertaken per domestic sales quality procedures

Prepare presentations, sales contracts & other documents related to the work profileEstablish and maintain current clients and potential client relationships Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales

Monitoring competitors business related activities

Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, etc to promote synthite products

Follow up for collection of payments

Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services

Position General Manager - Unit Operations

Location Ongole Area, India

Qualification BTech/Chemical

Experience 15-20 Year

Language Telugu

Key Responsibility

Responsible for administration & safe operation of the factory

Responsible for various processes in the unit including Unit Management, Production and Unit Projects

Ensuring strict adherence and compliances to all statutory and regulatory standards

Ensuring effective implementation and sustenance of all ISO/Food Safety Standard requirements

Implementation of initiatives like Total Productive Maintenance/5S, Kaizen etc

Plant P&L, overall responsibility for plant commercial activities

Effective management of the product cost by implementing various cost reduction methods

Leading / motivating teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company

Maintaining harmony and industrial relations in Unit

Maintain cordial, balanced relationship with surrounding communities & government officials

Ensure quality norms laid down by the organization is strictly followed at all levels of production
