Purpose of Role

Mondelez eCom is a fast growing business and is a strategic global priority This role will contribute to building this business and setting roadmap for the future Key responsibility is to hold end to end engagement with key account partners - joint planning for revenue, margin, investment, profitability, share and key execution metrics Ability to be hands-on in a fast paced, dynamic, start-up business environment is needed

Main Responsibilities

1 Build long term strategic vision and business plan for the account in line with Mdlz ecom roadmap

2 Develop joint business plan and manage relationships with account team at national and regional level

3 Lead commercial terms negotiation

4 Robust analysis, reporting and action planning for delivering execution KPIs - acquisition, retention and user experience 5 Build and analyse demand forecast Streamline forecast accuracy in a rapidly evolving business

6 Deploy cateory leading initiatives through development of customer-shopper strategy by securing partnership from accounts to build shopper insights

7 Control and deploy customer investments to drive priorities - media and consumer promotions

8 Thought leadership on design, content, information architecture, site performance, functionality and usability, working closely with design and marketing team

9 Work with Finance team to drive commercial hygiene and lowering cost to serve

10 Work with customer service to track orders, troubleshoot, and achieve customer service KPIs

11 Drive activation agenda for account Deliver best in class, innovating thinking in shopper outreach

12 Advocate forward-thinking vision in rapidly evolving mobile-first landscape Develop compelling foresight from data

Qualifications

Career Experiences Required & Role Implications

- Work experience of 5-6 years eCcom experience preferred

- Skills and capabilities needed
