About the role

Key Account Manager- Commercial Business Division (Design and Build)

Key Client facing role, working with City GM, Business Head & other business and functional heads

Key responsibilities

Account management of key clients and handle prospective client accounts and project sales

Managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination

Client SPOC- Collaborate on all phases of a Corporate Workplace oriented interiors projects, including understanding of client needs, timelines, budgetary requirements and statutory requirements

Client SPOC- Overseeing the complete project and reporting to the Business Head on project progress reports

Coordinate as required with site teams and provide project team coordination for execution and Client program

Coordination as required with consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and reporting when necessary

Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Key Requirements to Success

Proven ability to provide vision and project leadership

Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex projects for brands and businesses- office spaces, retail and hotels

Proven ability to manage client expectations and build on existing relationships for long term partnerships and repeat business

A recognized leader with the ability to articulate vision and values; create and adopt new ways of thinking and working; engage and motivate at all levels within the organization; and maintain a creative, collaborative, productive and positive work environment

4 or more years of experience in Project Management or Client Management of Interior/ Architecture/ Building Engineering industry,
