Job Summary

We are now looking for an Account Director to secure short and long-term profitable business for the client through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers business, operations and objectives Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making customers and the client successful This job role could be focused on selling a specific part of the portfolio, a specific part of the customers business/technology area and/or geography

Key Account Manager (KAM) -Infra who wants to be part of our continuing journey towards the Networked and Infra Society Through strategic thinking, business development and management of our resources you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson

This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers business, operations and objectives In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated costumer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital We are searching for a KAM that will act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful

Your Responsibilities Include

- Generate profitability sales and develop long term business

- Improve customer relationship and build dedication

- Ensure quality and profitability in delivery

- Lead and develop a stellar sales teams

- To be successful in this role, you must have

- Min years of experience 15+ years of experience of relationship sales and within the Telecom infra, smart city and IOT

- Minimum 5 years in leadership position

- Proactively support sales engagements in Smart city and Digital India opportunities

- Develop Key Strategic Sales opportunities in Smart city, Telecom and Digital India

- Self-starter in BD and relations

- Responsible to create the client presence in Digital India projects

- You will be a person that excels at problem solving and critical thinking
