Job Id 36 Job Title Operations Manager For A Leading Fitness Center in Mumbai Industry Retailing and F&B Functional Area ITES / BPO / Operations / Customer Service / Telecalling Salary 6 Lac - 7 Lac About the Client The Company is a leading provider of the world-renowned Spa and wellness services After earning the trust of a large number of customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Thailand, they have all set to become the most sought-after spa treatment specialist in India The company has already made an exciting beginning by launching 16 spas in Mumbai They are all set to open a massive network of 300 spas India by 2015 and plan to launch 50 outlets within this year and are targeting the various metro cities in the country They also have spas coming up in Goa, Pune, Varanasi, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Lucknow, Kanpur, Allahbad, Bilai, Bilaspur, Jalandhar and Chandigarh Over the few years since formation, the company has pioneered and perfected a unique concept of providing the guests with utmost individual attention, and a highly pampering spa experience that focuses on absolute mind, body and soul rejuvenation Spas have all the necessary components, including the ambience and feel, to offer the most authentic and effective spa treatments The team comprises of a well-qualified team of therapists, trained and certified by the Thai Ministry of Health and Education They wish to share the wonders of Spa therapies among the Indian masses Job Description Monitor operations of all the upcoming & operating gyms in Mumbai Responsible for all the staff and gym operations Responsible for generating unit sales and profitability Experience in Profit and Loss Coordination with Franchise Partners Preparing SOPs Responsible to conduct audits Responsible for providing supportive environment to the team Responsible for maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and other areas across the gyms, driving team performance and controlling training and development of the staff Responsible for managing operations inclusive for short / long term plans Responsible for defining financial parameters within which operations of franchisees must be executed Maintaining long-term partnerships with suppliers and vendors Able to manage day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms Guiding a team of people and conducting meetings for setting up objectives and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of team operations Ensuring that the team delivers on various parameters to achieve the targets of every month Overseeing entire staff recruitment for the outlet ie Sales Representatives, Managers, Trainers etc in coordination with the HR Responsible for coordinating all training and development programs in gyms Desired Candidate Profile Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team Excellent communication and \\\people\\\ skills The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations Confident and enthusiastic Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
