  • Main Job Responsibilities


  • To strategize and build the customer value management roadmap and thereby contribute to incremental revenue generation via cross sell and up sell

  • Lead a team of campaign marketing managers and work with the marketing team, supporting internal teams and vendors(creative, technology etc) to launch campaigns on time and on budget

  • To leverage current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution across the customer lifecycle to genrate relevant leads of self sourced business for the CRM team

  • Improve Customer Experience and Engagement

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to create new engagement and cross sell properties which would lead to profitable and superior customer experience as well as contribute upwards of persistency policy renewal and revival impact

  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction through creation of new engagement platforms or leverage of existing customer facing properties

  • Campaign Efficiency and Cost Optimization

  • Reduce CRM call center spends through efficient use of alternative media to cross sell and up-sell

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, develop multiple cross sell opportunities and optimize use funnels
