Senior Manager - Customer Insight Analytics - Retail Domain




CVM Engagement Lead

- Customer Value Management, a sub-practice under Business Analytics practice within ITC Infotech, is a fast-growing customer engagement team We work at the intersection of brands, data, and creativity to help industry-leading companies build and strengthen relationships with their best customers

- As engagement lead for Customer Value Management projects, you are expected to have strong analytical skills to decipher and comprehend data and provide meaningful insights for clients ranging over a wide array of projects

- Your key responsibilities include - segmentation strategy, generating insights, developing customer contact strategy, and communicating findings for business consumption

We are focused to serve clients primarily in Retail domain (Fashion & Foods Retail business)

Experience/Skills

- 7-12 years total work experience

- Consulting experience and domain exposure in Retail preferred (Fashion, Grocery, Specialty) and past experience in leading analytics teams

- Ability to code (SQL), understand data schemas and convert raw data to actionable insights

- Good understanding of various key functions in Retail (Fashion and Foods) - Presentation Skills and art of storytelling

- Education - MBA from Tier 1/ Tier 2 Schools

Responsibilities

Retail Consultant

1 Lead a team of consultants/analysts in Customer Analytics Projects Team will be a mix of Information Management consultants, Data Scientists and Data Analysts Hence cross functional knowledge is paramount

2 Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management

Marketing calendar design and insight generation

1 Advise client on suggestive customer segmentation (Value, Propensity, Versioning) and modeling (Regression, Logistic Regression, etc) techniques

2 Budgeting and planning of Marketing Calendars along with the clients and execute the same

3Performance Monitoring o Insights into business performance and actionable to improve the same

Practice Building Activities

1 Will be responsible for growth of the practice

2 Pre Sales - Liaise with Sales leads to sell the solution in to new markets

3 SME for internal projects on data analytics platforms development
