Roles & Responsibilities

Install, Manage and maintain End User IT systems Manage software packages for the deployment of software, applications and operating system configuration changes for existing end user computing devices
Own the Resolution of incidents (hardware and software issues) create and manage completion of the service request and also manage escalation processes in ensuring appropriate person or group are involved for resolution
Configuration of new desktops, laptops and MAC systems Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues as they occur
Create, Follow, establish, manage and maintain technical and enduser operating procedures
Work with various industry vendors and work with their support staff to resolve pending issues
Install troubleshoots and maintains various printing devices Personal and group drive mapping, folder access, and troubleshooting
Assist in SLA reports, manage the related documentation, collaborate for provide routine problem reporting and recommendations to management
Provide End User Navigation assistance for common enterprise systems usage scenarios, for software or applications , Domain , VDI , & other network related services and applications accounts
Assist in managing login issues, VPN troubleshooting, account activation, employee onboarding and off boarding
Maintains, monitors, and supports the infrastructure environment and/or facilities
Coordinates and works with cross-functional teams for tickets , projects Assist in diagnoses and resolution of hardware, software and connectivity problems
Works with project teams to understand business needs
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to systems, asset management , audits , configurations, IT reports , systems mapping and
