Aizhuo is part of a fast growing global Telecoms company (Asergis Group) which has offices located in the UK, India and Malta It provides a number of telecoms services to enterprise customers and channel partners worldwide As part of our China expansion programme, we are currently seeking very experienced IT Support Engineers

The successful candidate must have direct experience supporting end users in a business environment as well as expertise in providing administrative support and maintenance of the hardware and software utilised in all areas of the business Must have solid application skills and vast experience with both the Windows and Linux operating systems environments

Server Infrastructure mainly Dell equipment
Knowledge of Cisco
Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, SNMP, SMTP, Email, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications

Key Tasks & Responsibilities Provide computer & network support for various clients via onsite visits, telephone support, ticket support through OTRS, and remote desktop
Responsible for installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of laptop/desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices
Network infrastructure implementation, VPN setup & support, email services, antivirus and disaster recovery, preventative maintenance, etc
Administer client servers & network infrastructure with creating scripts for preventative measures
Support our local data centre and liaising with our telecom supplier
Create new employee user accounts & web clients
Provide assistance and support to system administrators located in the UK or Malta
Computer hardware & software troubleshooting & repair
Configuring desktops and laptops for employees
Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
Work in partnership with all Departments to resolve any issues that may prevent meeting operational requirements
Ensure queries and complaints answered within agreed internal SLAs

Personal Attributes Good English communication skills
Previous IT support experience essential
Some qualification in IT/Computing or related fields
2-5 years of experience supporting
Excellent communicator both written & verbally
Ability to engage customers on their level
High attention to detail and impeccably organized
Available to be on call to be able to respond to client requests
Ability to thrive in high demand, high pressure situations
Willing to learn new technologies and techniques
Some experience in telecoms related work either at application level or network level
Full training will be given on all applications and network access
