Job Description:

Tier1 Role Application Performance, alert Monitoring,
Performing Application health check
Handling Emergency, Critical, High and Medium, Low incidents,
Initiate and drive bridge calls, collaborate with various teams and follow-up for resolution
Escalate issues to Tier-2 whenever required
Executing scheduled jobs
Status update to client and sending appropriate incident email notifications,
Generating Various reports, Analysis of issues within SLA
Knowledge sharing with in the team
Effective Vendor and Partners communication by email
Knowledge on Linux, basic understanding of Java, J2EE concepts
Understanding of ITIL process, support 24X7 rotational shifts with excellent communication skills
Application Support Resource with the experience of L1 Level support, Exposure to Java, Linux and SQL based Applications Support
Should have experience in handling Monitoring Tools like Grafana, Nagios etc, Using Putty and basic trouble shooting knowledge is required
ITIL Certified is an added advantage
