IT Analyst - Systems Support - Al Futtaim Toyota - Dubai

Reporting to the MIS Supervisor, this role is critical to support Aftersales business as every transaction as front line is based on SAP PAD maintenance Pre-dominantly, this role is responsible to help resolve system issues through National Service Desk, new package creation and maintenance for Aftersales, PDI, and Accessories, and maintenance of data on SAP, loading appointment schedules, and time clocking concerns This is important to deliver SAP system solutions for successful invoicing of the transactions This role enables the business to invoice maximum Work-in-progress to achieve Aftersales budget

Duties

Assist all branches service staff by answering their queries, and resolving their system related issues
Liaise with other counterparts of the company from Aftersales, Finance & EIT to get information / help to resolve issues
Reduce WIP & assist end user quickly in case, staff discount, special parts discount, invoice reversal/ Kms correction, package deletion from the order, split deletion, package not working, change part in the package and time clocking issues
Ensure to create PDI Packages and resolve issues related to PDI package creation
Ensure Retail packages are aligned with the approved menu pricing and to create/upload packages for new models
Prepare and manage the system for DIO accessories through package creation, modification and extend for require models
Actively support campaign rollouts ensuring the package upload and manage system throughout the campaign timeline
Ensure to upload S/A shifts schedules & Technicians work schedules in the system for smooth appointment booking and technician time clocking

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
Graduate / Diploma Holder (Automotive experience will be preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
ERP experience (SAP IS AUTO)

Minimum Experience
5 years experience in a relevant position
Pricing Analyst/ Assistant background is mandatory
Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory

Job-Specific Skills
Proficient in Data warehousing and management, Data Quality check, critical skills on problem solving
Excellent communication (written and spoken) & Interpersonal skill
Good PC skills including proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel & MS Power Point
