Functions


  • To be part of the growing Caacutetenon team based in Pune, India The right candidate will get the opportunity to manage other consultants



  • To analyse and define the international search strategy as well as provide advise regarding the candidate profiles to be recruited



  • To search, analyse and select international executives by competency based interviews and assessments



  • To present the final candidates; and advise in the hiring decisions and take the responsibility to monitor the final hiring process

  • Through all these activities you are in close contact with your clients (daily, weekly reporting) and you develop an in depth knowledge and understanding about their business context



  • During these processes you develop and manage the relationship with the international clients



  • Active collaboration with other corporative areas (Knowledge Management; New Technologies; Marketing; Business Development )

    Requirements


    • About 4 years of total work experience with 2 years of experience in the Recruitment sector Able to manage multi-channel recruitment strategies Experience in Direct Search is required

    • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar; MBA would be an advantage

    • Professional experience in the service industry or in different environment/ sector and international expericence highly valued

    • Excellent level of English Foreign languages would be an added advantage

    • Advanced user of MS office and comfortable with the internet and new communication technologies e g webcams etc

    • Effective communication and people management skills
