Required candidate for Key account Manager International  in ecommerce company okhla delhi

Account Manager for UK and Canada - Delhi




  1. Tele client servicing from lead qualification, seller onboarding and shop optimization of designers, makers in the handmade space

  2. Support our seller onboard and seller success team by helping sellers onboard and then optimize their E shop for success through content writing and other marketing advice Focus is not just on developing this content but convincing sellers to adopt this service and upload content that has been generated

  3.  Help improve the overall look of the shop including giving feedback on improving

content & keywords, pictures of product banners, logo, etc

Interact with sellers over the phone, ask questions and based on the inputs received,,Help and motivate sellers onboard this content and optimize their shop for success

Help with troubleshooting of different kinds as required by sellers when they are walkedthrough the shop optimization process This can include giving feedback relating todifferent aspects of the E shop
