Integration and Support Engineer israel, rosh haayin

Be a major part of TEOCO delivery organization; Work is expected to be at the customer site, as part of project support and integration team, assisting the customer with daily usage of TEOCO Performance System as well as performing maintenance activities and implementing changes in the solution based on customer needs The job requires to work closely with all parts of the company to ensure the smooth and successful deployment of a system throughout the entire process

Job Functions Providing customer the technical first and second lines support for the solution, analyzing user problems and raising and tracking software issues with 3rd level support and development teams
Interact with R&D / back-office teams to resolve problems, receive corrections and implement fixes
Keeping track of upgrades and changes to vendor software
Logging and tracking of Service Requests (SRs)
Own the SR lifecycle to the conclusion
Be part of a deployment team delivering a comprehensive solution to a customer
Integrate the various parts of a complex system into a functional working solution
Develop ad-hoc solutions to problems discovered through the project life cycle
Act as a focal point for all project technical aspects
Maintain knowledge of vendor solutions and solutions for the extraction of PM data for various solutions
Maintain system documentation

Professional Experience and Requirements BS or MS in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
Proficient in the English language
Experience- 2-5 years
Software Integration experience Installation/upgrade/maintain/Troubleshoot big solution
Deep knowledge with a UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems
Deep knowledge with scripting, DevOps advantage
Ability to develop alternative solutions and create tools
Familiarity with telecom/communications/ OSS and BSS industries considerable advantage
Knowledge of performance counters and KPIs would be an advantage
Familiarity with Unix clusters (Rhel Cluster, VERITAS cluster) Advantage
Familiarity with Oracle SQL & SQL scripts Advantage
Familiarity with the Web application server (WebLogic/JBoss) Advantage
Knowledge of ORACLE to advanced user / Administrator level; Oracle DBA experience is an advantage
Big Data user/Administration experience (Cloudera Advantage)

Personal Requirements Customer service orientation a strong sense of customer service is required towards both internal and external customers
Communication the ability to clearly express ideas, listen, adjust language or terminology to suit the needs of the audience
Teamwork the ability to work effectively as part of a team
The sense of urgency must be able to react quickly to customer requests
Technical must be comfortable in the field of telecommunications, and be able to communicate well with customers and peers on technical issues
