Job Description:

Responsibilities

- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content

- Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audiences training needs

- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product

- Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games, etc)

- Collaborate with internal staff in the design and development of high-quality curricula and courses

- Pickup master content from existing sources well enough to communicate it in plain language

- Research industry-related topics

- Proofread and edit blog posts before publication

- Identify customers needs and gaps in the content and recommend new topics

- Ability to write pithy & good titles, blogs, social media
