As a 2020 Summer Intern with FIS, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 8, 2020 and conclude on August 14, 2020

What you will be doing

FIS is looking for an Instructional Designer Intern to join our Learning Solutions team in Orlando, FL You will be responsible for working with Subject Matter Experts to assist in the creation of self-paced training courses and materials for clients on multiple core banking solutions The courses will include content from FIS core software applications, general banking concepts and the soft skills bankers need to be successful in their branches Below are various projects/tasks you will assist with

Build self-paced customer training courses that support company products
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
Work with subject matter experts and identify target audiences training needs
State instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)

What you bring

Rising Senior (graduating December 2020 through May 2021)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and communication skills
Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
