Job Description:

Role Instructional Designer
The Instructional Designer/e Learning Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing interactive online courses and other multimedia content for the LMS The Instructional Designer/e Learning Specialist will work collaboratively with L& D consultants and Subject Matter Experts ( SMEs) to coordinate curriculum innovation, and develop and maintain high-quality course content Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, hardworking, and possess 6 years of successful experience producing effective and engaging e Learning
Responsibilties
- Create e-learning modules using Adapt Authoring, Adobe Captivate and Storyline
- Design different training product types, such as ILTs, WBTs, Mobile apps, Job Aids, and QRCs
- Work with project team to design and develop SCORM compliant e-learning
- Create storyboards for different delivery mediums ( ILTs, WBTs, vILTs, Blended)
- Develop instructional programs that leverage new technologies and multimedia
- Good sense of design and typography with working knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, - Illustrator etc,Develop and edit content to support the overall learning goals
- objectivesKnowledge of video/audio editing tools ( Adobe Premiere, Aftereffects , Audition) is a plus
1 The candidate will be responsible for quality of the content, editing and proofreading
2 The candidate will be responsible for training module design, Train the Trainer, Assessments & Impact analysis and design and plan the program targeting key business impacts
3 The candidate should be able to ensure compliance to advanced adult learning theories into a practical, application-based training strategy
4 The goal of all programs designed will be to deliver a world-class learning experience and drive a positive business impact
5 The candidate should have experience in developing learning in both a traditional ( ADDIE) and agile learning environment
6 The candidate will design training utilizing e-learning, game-based learning and other delivery methods that support acceleration of learning
7 The candidate would need to initiate steps to acquire and apply new technology skills to instructional design practice
8 Design learning that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners and groups of learners, including the demonstrated understanding of cultural differences that may apply
