The Inside Sales Representative will conduct outbound communications and campaigns with HID end users, key consultants, strategic business alliances and channel partners Follow up leads and prospective new customer enquiries, providing consistent product knowledge and unified messaging in a pre-sales capacity for HID Global Physical Access Control Solutions Global Business Unit (PACS GBU) products and solutions

The Inside Sales Representative will also receive and process inbound communications which will capitalize on HID PACS product and solutions, whilst managing relationships with end users and partners, utilizing SalesForce (SFDC) CRM and align to the PACS Inside Sales Playbook

The individual chosen for this role will have strong telephone sales experience and techniques, along with proactive outbound sales experience This individual will play a key role in supporting HIDs growth in our Latin America region

Duties and Responsibilities include the following Other duties may be assigned

Manage and perform lead qualification tasks in line with the PACS Inside Sales Playbook
Log and follow up on opportunities for upselling of additional products and solutions
Record and maintain HID Global SFDC tool providing ongoing data cleansing to maintain accuracy of records
Plan and conduct presentations of HID PACS Solutions to end users, consultants and resellers
Develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Understand and effectively communicate the value of our Strategic Growth Initiatives (SGI) to End Users and Partners
Liaise with pre-sales technical support to ensure that End Users receive the assistance they require
Understanding of the HID Advantage Partner Program (APP)

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

Degree or equivalent training and experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the security market (IT and Access control preferred)
Minimum 3 years sales experience in inside sales or account management
Proven & verifiable track record of successful quota achievement
An ability to communicate and present solutions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be fluent in business English (Written & verbal)
Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience working with Oracle and Salesforce an advantage

Language Skills

Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
Ability to effectively communicate in the Spanish; Portuguese language is a plus, both verbally and in writing

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc
Working experience of SFDC

Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport
