As Inside Sales Executive (Corporate Sales) , you will be responsible for Cold Calling, Business Development and Lead Generation via Phone, Email and Web Building leads pipeline by executing campaigns

What you will do

Establishing a network of relationships with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies
Preparing and following up on sales quotations made to clients
Maintaining customer sales transaction report
Keeping updated on delivery status/proof, invoice to support the sales team
Handling customer queries/escalations
Liasoning between other teams to provide service/support
Handling various reports
Upselling /cross-selling products

Required Candidate profile

What you need to have

Experience in Telecalling (outbound/inbound ) preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Smart and Self-managed
Quick and self-Learner
