Designation Vice President - Digital Marketing

Location Bangalore

Reporting to CMO - Chief Marketing Officer

Role and responsibilities

- The role will be responsible for strategy development and execution of Innovitis planned online sales and lead generation channels - across both Innovitis own website and 3rd party digital assets like e-commerce marketplaces etc

- Additionally, the role will also function as domain expert to assist in leveraging all available digital branding and communication assets optimally towards enhancing overall Innoviti brand salience and PR mileage This will include responsibility for regular design and content upgrades for Innovitis corporate website and related social media extensions

- The role will be part of overall Marketing Team and will require regular collaboration with both Marketing & Communication and Product Marketing to ensure alignment of all digital initiatives with overall Marketing objectives

Key Responsibilities

- Lead development of Innovitis online sales strategy and plan its execution/ roll out Build online sales as a significant contributor to Innovitis overall sales channel mix

- Collaborate with Marketing team to maximally utilize company digital assets and digital advertising to deliver company branding/lead generation objectives Lead design and content upgradation for Innoviti website and allied social media assets

- Lead the development of systemic processes/infrastructure to deliver a more consistent content-marketing focused approach toward achieving above objectives


- Bachelors degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred from reputed college

- 10+ years of digital marketing experience in a consumer marketing/branding-focussed environment like e-commerce/online travel/FMCG/Banking; proven proficiency in planning, executing and measuring digital advertising programs designed for lead generation

- Prior experience of managing a digital content generation pipeline for delivering branding objectives will be advantageous

- Preferably at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in directly driving business growth in an e-commerce environment Prior experience of setting up, stabilizing and growing a new e-sales transaction platform from scratch will be advantageous

- Knowledge of and proficiency in using various digital productivity/ automation tools and libraries to build an online e-commerce presence from scratch

- Power user of networking tools such as , Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

- Exceptional capabilities to source and analyse data to identify what is working and what not

- Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer

- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third-party agencies Team player!

- Having a high orientation towards business and clear understanding of the difference between creating a product and delivering business value A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance
