Job Description:


In this role the candidate will be responsible for

1 Increasing share of wallet with merchants and partners on Innovitis multi-sided platform by a) cross-selling services of partners on the platform and b) ensuring Innoviti infrastructure is deployed in all stores of customer

2 Responsible for Satisfaction Scores for Partners by monitoring complaints to be within 3 Sigma levels

3 Responsible for compliance scores of Outlet audit

4 Building, coaching and managing the team for sustained success measured through Attrition & Open Positions


- Converts organizational goals into executable plan and strategy for corporate accounts

- Monitor the process for contract signing to roll-out of infrastructure and services in collaboration with product marketing and business operations

- Ensure relationship build-up through regular meetings with merchants and partners to drive revenue, wallet share as well as to ringfence the relationships

- Work with Internal teams to make sure that fatal errors/complaints are addressed for the customers as well as partners

- Provides feedback to product management on the market developments to continuously refine plans

- Ensures efficient implementation of marketing plans for higher usage and stickiness

- Hire, train and manage teams for executing to the plan and targets

- Trains team on processes, ensures adherence and coaches leaders in the team on review through processes

- Drive process discipline and governance across customer life cycle and partner management

- SMART Goal setting for the team, performance monitoring and review of the team

Skills and qualifications

- 15 + years overall experience with recent 5+ years of experience managing 100s of corporate relationships through a structure relationship build process

- Should have demonstrated analytical skills in creating customized processes for various customer sub-segments

- Demonstrated experience in managing crisis situations with customers and partners

- Understand technology and should be capable of translating customer needs into product solutions

- Strong in planning, data-based decision making and problem solving

- Ability to drive process improvement for sustained and predictable results

- Should be able to train, coach, mentor a multi-layered team

- Strong team player who can work with other parts of the organizations to effectively manage challenges

- Executive Presence to represent Innoviti to CXOs of large customer organzations and Business Heads of Partner organization

- Should have managed team who interacts, negotiate and sells to CXO level positions in mid to large scale enterprises, across the country

- Results-oriented with a sense of urgency and passion for success

- Have excellent communication, time management, listening, presentation and writing skills
