YOUR ROLE

- We at Innovaccer are looking for a Support Engineer- Tier-2 to join our Sustained Engineering group Here, you will provide Application/Production/Product Support to Innovaccers suite of products

- You will manage customer relationship and help account managers to have holistic view of customer experience

THE REALLY GREAT THINGS YOULL BE DOING

- Troubleshoot and analyse issues raised by users or account managers

- Deployment and patching of code on production environments

- Monitor Data Integration processes and batch jobs and escalate as per the priority

- Develop scripts to automate manual efforts and production monitoring

- Work with Account / Project Managers, Engineering, Data and Infra teams to resolve issues

WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE

- Strong knowledge of ITIL V3 framework - incident mgmt, problem mgmt and change mgmt

- Customer Support skills

- Project Management

- UNIX/Linux

- Python

- SQL

- NoSQL Database and RDBMS

- Hands-on experience with cloud tech

- Awareness of ETL processes and Data Integration

WHAT ORGS WOULD YOU DRIVE?

- Sustained Engineering Group is accountable for providing support on Innovaccers suite of Products We are the single point of contact for the customers and ensure their issues are fully resolved by the group

- Sustained Engineering Group, is responsible for providing Product & Infrastructure Support, which involves multiple tiers of support - Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, Infrastructure and regular maintenance activities

- We follow ITIL and Scrum guidelines for continuous deliveryWe strongly believe in making our customer heroes and will go beyond the duty to keep them happy
