YOUR TITLE WILL BE Analyst- PMO

- Ability to work with multiple Cross-functional stakeholders to drive Business KPIs

- Work as the interaction of Product and Delivery teams to Optimize Dependencies and Communication

- Provide Program Governance and Leadership

- Project Management - PMP from PMI as a functional skill

YOUR ROLE

- As Analyst - PMO will be able to support projects and programs independently, acts as a delivery partner to implementation teams The activities primarily centralized around resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management and product quality control across customer accounts

- This function is in the heart of a project helping the project and program manager to administer and operate within different project management areas and manage people to deliver scheduled and on-demand services in time, scope and budget agreed with the client

THE REALLY GREAT THINGS YOU- LL BE DOING

- Resource Forecasting and capacity utilization metrics across the group

- Responsible for Group Dashboards and MIS creation

- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer commitments are met and there is a high degree of predictability and visibility into project

- Help with implementation of Innovaccer Standard Implementation and Delivery Model

- Facilitation of internal and external meetings

- Bachelor or Master Degree

- 3-5 years of experience in the area of project management support within professional services

- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Knowledge of financial processes (eg invoicing and budgeting)

- Excellent communication skills
