The Role Responsibilities

Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for STS employees and provide administrative support

Main duties include staff coordination like, Transportation, Travel Management, Claims processing etc

Provide support for on-boarding new joiner and assist new joiners from date of joining with basic facilities like Desk, asset, Avaya phone etc

Ensure the seat utilization of the location is tracked and maintained Validate seat requirements and work in optimizing the available seats / space

PRs to be raised for Location/staff requirements, Vendor Coordination and payment processing Maintain tracker on the expenditures / eProcs processed

Alliance with the Propertys team Coordinate with the Properties Team for Access Cards / logistics Be the voice of STS staffs to address property related concerns

Staff Coordination

Coordinating for events like CSR, Townhalls and floor connect meetings etc

Provide regularly updates to the location management team based out of Chennai

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct

Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
