Role Summary

The Recruitment Manager role will own & drive talent acquisition activities across India, UK, and USA region with a special focus on USA region along with a team of 4-5 recruiters This role, along with a team of Recruiters across different geographies will support a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion with responsibility for managing stakeholder relationships, candidate sourcing, talent selection, interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding Working in close partnership with the regional and global teams, the role will also have wider responsibilities supporting regional strategy, operational effectiveness and recruitment best practice across the regions

Primary Responsibilities

- Develop and implement innovative recruiting programs and build strategic plans for diversity recruiting

- Manage full cycle recruiting process for professional services and other areas within WHISHWORKS

- Create and execute fulfillment plan for all hiring tracks, hiring events planning, resource planning, program proposition and process management

- Manage all recruiting systems, third-party vendors, and budgets based on comprehensive data analysis

- Work closely with recruiting team members and hiring manager to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy

- Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis

- Act as an internal and external representative of WHISHWORKS and our recruiting team

- Assist with the management of candidate pipeline as needed

- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

- Administering appropriate company assessments

- Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers

- Performing reference and background checks

- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

- Following up on the interview process status

- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved

- Identify trends and make recommendations on staying ahead of competition in the attraction of top talent

- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process

- Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations

- Completing timely reports on employment activity

- Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

- Post-Graduation Degree with high academic achievement

- Hiring experience in India, UK and USA region across industries & functions

- Understanding of India, UK and USA market talent pool, sourcing channels, hiring trends, cultural norms, compensation benchmarks

- In-house full life cycle recruitment experience with an international organization

- Strong behavioral based interviewing experience

- Team management experience with ability to coach & guide

- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR, Brassring, Taleo, iCIMs, etc)

- Deep knowledge and proven success of utilizing Recruiter for successful hires

- Ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements

- Proactive candidate sourcing skills through all available internal and external channels

- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships through a dedicated focus on client service and delivery

- Proven experience managing multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills

- Ability to be responsive and effective in a fast-paced yet consensus-based corporate culture, to multitask and operate effectively in a matrix organization

- Best practice process management and driving operational effectiveness

- Experience building internal network with senior leaders and advising senior stakeholders as subject matter expert
