Job Description:

THE IMPACT YOU WILL BE MAKING

- We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Leader to ensure that all human resources (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects, with a focus on talent acquisition

- An HR Leader must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset The goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with all business objectives

WHAT WOULD YOUR ROLE BE?

- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc

- Key part of the job would be to lead talent acquisition efforts for the organization

- Responsible for end-to-end recruiting - direct sourcing and through recruitment partners

- Own and manage end to end hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations to on-boarding

- Ensure that hiring goals are achieved on time

- Co-ordinate work closely with the firm leaders to undertake manpower planning - identify current and future human resource requirements

- Identify right talent pools, undertake benchmarking of peer organizations to help define companys hiring strategy

- Support development of corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc

- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics and supervise the work of HR team and provide guidance

- Draft internal policies and legal standards and monitor adherence to them

- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

- Work with senior management to build new policies and improve on existing ones

- Anticipate and resolve litigation risks (if any)

- Accomplishes special project from an HR perspective

- We have been running standard processes on recruitment, employee performance management, training etc The HR Leader needs to redesign them so that they have an Impact Analytics - Human Resources Leader element of personalization - ie they meet different employees different needs in a personalized manner This may be based on assessment on personality types or other assessments

- A young leader from a premier B school (MBA in HR), with 5+ years of work experience

- A seasoned professional with many years (>5) of experience in HR

- An HR professional (with 5+ years of work experience) who took a break from work due to personal reasons and want to get back to work

- A consulting / analytics / technology professional looking to shift career to an HR role

- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives

- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

- Ability to identify talent and establish fit with company

- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element

- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
