Job Description- Ability to understand/ diagnose the customers technical problem and action accordingly Responsible for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business) Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries Open to feedback learning

Skills Required- Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes services

Should have excellent English communication skills

Open to work in 24x7 / rotational shifts Relevant experience in an International Voice based process will be an additional advantage

Must have handled pop up/PPC/IOS calls in inbound Technical Sales Process
