- Manage customer operations solving customer tickets and Queries

- Identifying the broken business processes

- Management of productivity and quality

- Enhance and optimize the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management

- Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency

- Ideate new product strategies, plan and execute it efficiently

- Monitor team performance and report on metrics

Pre-requisites

Education

- Preferably a BTech/MBA with 3-6 years of experience

- B tech(IT/CS) along with knowledge of Machine learning will get preference
