Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM leads in the market on cognitive capabilities in HR and is Watson Talent Our global network of over 6000 professionals (Consulting and Cognitive Process Services) offer the following example services and solutions to our clients Talent Reinvention strategy and development including digital HR
HR Transformation & operating model design and implementation
HR Technology selection and deployment/integration eg Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle
Cognitive and AI strategy, roadmaps and solutions across the talent lifecycle
HR operations design and implementation including shared services
Cognitive Process Service (BPO) /Employee care for recruitment, core HR operations, payroll, and learning
Learning strategy and digital learning content transformation including learning consumption and analytics and personalized learning platforms
Organization Change Management covering a breadth of services eg organization design, engagement and adoption, complex business change deployment
Employee engagement and culture transformation

The IBM Talent & Transformation Innovation Unit seeks a Project and Change Management Leader with a track record of leading organizational transformations in a fast-paced environment to support a rapid growth of the Talent & Transformation business Specifically, this candidate will Lead key transformation projects as assigned by the Talent & Transformation Managing Partner
Drive and track the progress of the strategic priorities of the Talent & Transformation Managing Partner, and identifying mitigation tactics as required
Apply project management methodologies to deliver cost-effective, high-quality, budget-compliant projects
Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
Draft and develop communication plans and materials in order to inform and educate Talent & Transformation practitioners and leaders
Create enablement and education materials in support of our offerings
Partner with marketing, operations, finance, HR and other functional teams and practitioners to drive Talent & Transformation priorities
Play an important role in the formation of the deal/tiger team to drive sales for Talent & Transformation
Work on client projects from time to time with the aspiration to become client facing at some point

Requirements

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
The ideal candidate for this role will meet the following requirements with a minimum of 5 years of business practice area experience covering Background in working in a modern technology environment, be a self-starter who can effectively navigate within a large matrix organization,
Experienced project management, organization and planning skills
Creative, analytical problem solver
Skilled communicator and high-energy individual that is a strong team player and willing to help build a strong vibrant practice working in a global environment
Fluent English, culturally sensitive
Flexible to travel globally if required and excited to work in multi-cultural environments
Operating model knowledge of GBS
Proven track record of collaboration across organizational boundaries
Knowledge of the talent space
Experience in consulting
