About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Agent position to join our Human Resources Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa

The main duties and responsibilities of this role

Responsible for the recruitment and selection, and support the department operations focused in administrative tasks, L&D and engagement activities
To ensure recruitment & selection and all Taleo standardized process
In charge of job offers publications through internet, newsletters and internal tools, resumes management and conducting interviews
Ensure all new hires meet the internal requirements Interview notes, Reference, etc
Ensure effective internal communication through internal communication tools such as boards, newsletters, internal events, daily line up document
Provide support for all logistics topics of the training area
In charge of all internal events related with colleagues
Support in all activities related with the social responsibility issues
In charge of administrative HR topics and support in standardize the internal HR policies
Responsible of supervising the internal accommodation benefits that the hotel provides
To monitor and update colleague notice boards as necessary
To monitor staff needs as nametags, uniforms, ID cards, lockers

About you

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications


Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations or related studies


Experience in hotel business (HR or operational experience)
Desirable experience in recruitment and training administrative procedures


Very good command of spoken and written Spanish and English language
Intermediate level in all Microsoft Office applications Excellent creating presentations
Adapted to working with internet and websites of recruitment
Great attitude and oriented to internal client
Flexible and with strong adaptability
Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management
Team work and creative skills
Pleasing personality
Desirable previous use of HR management software systems, eg A3
