We are looking for Human Resource (HR) Manager having at least 1 year of experience The candidate will be responsible for all HR related activities included but not limited to such as, Enterprise HR functions, People management, Leave management, Performance management, Branding and External communications etc

Basic Qualifications

The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience as HR Manager

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Keen interest in improving organization policies which increases employee satisfaction and at the same time improves organization productivity

The candidate must have MBA degree preferably in Human Resource Management stream

Self driven and strong convincing ability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in screening job aspirants as part of recruitment program

Experience in forming various organizational policies such as code of conduct, vacation policies, appraisal policies etc,
