The Global Absence Tracking team manages the Global leave application system and is part of Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) department The GAT business team provides query management support, administers data fixes, annual activities and system changes pertaining to regulatory and policy changes It requires coordination with HR Technology and HR Line of Business to keep the system compliant as per country HR policies

We are currently seeking candidates who can provide case management support and participate in the design and testing of the application The chosen candidate should be detail oriented, high on customer focus, business and analytical acumen The position will report to the GAT Team Leader and will be responsible for

Job Responsibilities

Research and respond to GAT users on questions and issues via AnswerKey Report any applicable trends to the team
Provide day to day support for the GAT Team Lead in resolving inquiries and issues
Run, analyze and share standard GAT queries/reports via Business Objects and/or MS Excel
Assist with validation and document testing for GAT pertaining to fixes/enhancements, as needed
Participate and/or conduct training awareness sessions related to GAT
Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all assigned functions Update as required
Participate and/or lead scheduled meetings/forums for GAT
Distribution of GAT communications via Targeted Email Broadcast (as and when needed)

Education Minimum Graduate degree in any stream

2 years working support specialist role, ideally in Human Resources or related discipline

Possess strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and cross-cultural awareness

Ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing initiatives

Possess time management and organizational skills

Possess analytical skills

Ability to work independently and with virtual teams
