Job Purposes

Organization Development through

1Develop & Deploy ,promote Total Quality Management System And other framework & management technique such as WCM , six Sigma , RCM to achieve organizations excellence performance

2 Managing and improve people development process to achieve responsible & competence people by create individual development plan, Kaizen Suggestion System, Quality of life activity

3 Ensure company compliance with legal & standard like ISO 9000 , ISO 14000 ,OHSAS 18000 & SA8000

Job Details

Plan coordinate & lead the organization development and people development activities including group activities like 5S, Kaizen, Quality of life etc Also plan and coordinate the Business Excellence initiatives such as TPM, TQM, TQA, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning etc to ensure a continuous improvement in organization systems & processes through total employee engagement

Manage the employee training and development process through planning and execution of annual training plan, organizing external training based on identified training needs and carry out the skill evaluation process so as to enhance employees skill and competencies Also carry out the training effectiveness evaluation to improve the training and development process

Monitor and lead the talent management process for department and functional leadership positions through review of competency assessment reports, facilitating individual development plans (IDP), and regular review of the same

Coordinate and work closely with department managers to seek employees qualitative involvement in all participative management team activities aimed at individual and organization development

Thai Nationality

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources Development/ Organization Development or Engineering in any field from a recognized university with experience in HRD, Organization Development and/or business excellence may also apply

Minimum 8 years of work experience in the field of Human Resource Development in reputed organizations Out of which at least 5 years of experience should be at the management level with capability to independently handle the HRD & OD department / section

Coaching and Training skills will be advantageous to handle the position effectively

Excellent command of verbal and written communication in English Language-Proficiency in computer skills, especially all MS Office application and should have good presentation skills

A good knowledge and exposure to business excellence activities like TPM, TQM, TQA criteria & its application to organization and ISO systems will be a distinct advantage

The position requires a matured professional and a strong team leader with pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, service minded, Positive attitude and proactive thinking

Engineers in any field and science graduates with experience in HRD, Organization development and/or business excellence may also apply
