Business Partnering - Stakeholder Management, drive HR policies & compliance, partner with Zonal/Regional Business heads for continuous performance improvement & succession planning, manage disciplinary grievances, periodic visit & meeting the entire team and aligning HR & Business strategy

- End to end recruitment through alternate sourcing channels - consultants, references IJPs, campus, portals etc


- HR Operations - Execution & compliance towards the pre-joining requisites of the new recruits in co-ordination with the HR ops team for a smooth onboarding experience

- Employee Database Management pertaining to employee personal information, transfers, role & designation corrections, supervisor updations, leave management, medical enrollment etc

- Integral role in the Annual Performance Management - PRAISE for the respective verticals

- Employee Engagement & Relation - deliver the HR session for the new inductees, meet 5 sessions, One-to-One, FGDs, Webcasts with the leadership team, festival celebrations etc
