Job Description Identifying and engaging internal / external experts for domain / project specific competence development requirements and learning content curation

Min 2-5 years of experience in handling core Training function in IT Companies (Training need Analysis, Content design (Technical), Calendaring, Effectiveness etc)

Experience in competency mapping, tracking and strategic planning

Good Analytical, Presentation and Communication skills

Awareness of latest digital trends in Learning and development

Able to work along with business as business Partner for Learning and Development

Qualifications Qualification BE/B Tech/MCA ( Computers / E&C) with MBA in HR would be advantage

Additional Information Desired traits of personality - Self motivated, Attention to details & Confident Communicator
