Looking for HR Generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills

An HR Generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills

Responsibilities and Duties

- Responsible for On boardingand ensuring all employee data is up to date

- Independently handle end to end recruitment

- On boarding Process,Induction Programs,Coordination for documents

- Employee Engagement

- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures

- Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential

- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain employee files and records in electronic form

- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

To ensure success, HR Generalists should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training Top candidates will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective at scheduling and methodical in the recruitment process

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- 5-8 years work experience pref from start up environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Expertise in HR policies and procedures

- Bachelors Degree/PG in Human Resources Management or related discipline

- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
