WHAT YOULL DO

The HR Generalist will support the HR Team for Consulting Staff contributing to the activities related to Recruiting, CD and Staffing processes for the IGTI (Italy-Greece-Turkey-Israel) system focusing on Temporary resources cohorts, under the supervision of the HR manager

You will be in charge of managing an high-quality pipeline, deciding which kind of profiles will proceed in the interview process, of managing stakeholder relationships and the end-to-end recruiting process until the offer extension You will also be following the entire career of the employee, also from a Career development and Staffing perspective

YOURE GOOD AT

Recruiting

Set up and manage interview with both candidates and interviewers;
Continuously collect inputs from stakeholders to plan recruiting needs and take part in meetings and calls to provide periodic status updates on ongoing processes;
Maintain regular reports to communicate status of searches and active candidates;
Ensure that candidates receive punctual and timely feedback and follow-up with offerees until their starting date;
Manage the entire offer process, including offer drafting and extension;
Interview candidates providing detailed and timely evaluations;
Steer recruitment efforts by regular reporting of the recruitment funnel;
Cost budgeting, monitoring and follow up according to the plan;
Attend regional recruiting calls and meetings in order to share and spread best recruiting practices;
Act as point of reference for junior team colleagues when needed

Career Development Coordinate Career Development process for Temporary resources cohorts
Onboarding and performance monitoring
Preparation of documents required for the Career Development Committe meetings

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Qualifications

University degree
At least 5 years experience in HR Dept of a corporate environment

Technical Skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel;
Comfortable with the use of ATS software and able to set-up and run reports;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Italian
