1 Reviewing resumes and applications

2 Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process

3 Managing workplace safety issues

4 Training new or existing employees

5 Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation

6 Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews

7 Conducting various welfare activities

8 Community initiatives programs - organizing and participation

9 Regular updating of communication channels

10 Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management

11 Checking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employees accounts

12 Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines

13 Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly

14 Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret on calls

15 Punctuality

16 Team Player
