Job Description:



A    ERP HR / Payroll


Ø  Working on sub modules of Payroll, Time Management, Benefits Management, Organization Management, Training & Event Mgt etc

Ø  Providing End-user support of ERP HR/Payroll Managing the ERP Payroll system's integrity and security Supporting and responding to functional queries

Ø  Configuring and supporting of the ERP Payroll module

Ø  Processing of new-hire documentation, payroll, separations and benefits enrolment/changes

Ø  Working closely with the HR, Payroll & Accounting teams Creating & customizing rules & schemes

Ø  Actively involved in business blue printing, remote configuration and data upload, training, etc

Ø  Business analysis of the user requirements, mapping business requirements with the ERP System

Ø  Planning & creating different structures at the different organizational levels like organizational structure, enterprise structure, personnel structure, and pay scale structure


      B Human Resource Management


Ø  Resourcing & Development

Ø  Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements

Ø  Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews

Ø  Handling all the functions from employee joining to leaving (Exit) formalities

Ø  Executing career planning for Officers & workers Undertaking salary negotiations

Ø  Compensation & Benefits

Ø  Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the same

Ø  Ability to review existing practice and to identify and implement innovative and practical solutions pertaining to reward, compensation and benefits

Ø  Performance Appraisal KRA, KPA, KPI, etc,

Ø  Formulating/implementing increment, incentive and other remuneration policies

Ø  Managing the appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management

Ø  Induction, Training & Development

Ø  Preparing the training programmes calendar, designing programme content and Content designing and rolling out all technical training across the region

Ø  Designing and rolling out people development initiatives and interventions

Ø  Involved in designing testing and certification framework and driving the same across the company in different channels (various departments)

Ø  Monitoring personal development plans for employees post training and appraisals

Ø  Assessing training effectiveness with pre and post training audits





       C General Administration


Ø  Managing the housekeeping activities, security, canteen transportation and handling functions of canteen, medical/ hospital facilities meant for the employees

Ø  Managing activities of health, safety and environment for the employees and arranging Medical Insurance

Ø  Ensuring statutory compliance at all levels involving liaison with external agencies, Govt authorities & offices like PF/ESI/ Factories Act and Pollution control etc

Ø  Conducting surveys and projects HR related aspects, as compared to its competitors as well as updating the HR Manual
