Job Description:

Administrative / Facility Management Provision of adequate Human Resource, Office utilities, Facilities maintenance, tackling all disciplinary issues with suitable action

Conduct of Timely Meetings, appointments, schedules, system maintenance, issuing of necessary Orders, Circulars & Notices

Conducting periodical check of the office facilities Keep office assets in great condition Arrange for periodic maintenance services needed

Maintenance, replacement & repair of office assets air conditioning units, office and pantry furniture, telephone lines

Make needed arrangements for office stationery, house-keeping supplies, pantry supplies (tea, coffee), daily snacks for employees

Organizing refreshments and order lunch as necessary

Maintain and track list of company assets including workstations, laptops, TVs, etc

Provide support to the accounts manager in making annual budget for office utilities, considering the parameters are as reimbursements, Training, Travelling expense

Responsible for answering and screening telephone calls and enquiries

Collecting information from website (articles/ references)

Arranging domestic travel desk (accommodation/flight/taxi arrangement for staff and guest

Managing Incoming & Outing Couriers / Magazine

Printing of Visiting Card/ Letter Heads and Envelopes as and when required

Managing arrangements for corporate gifts and other corporate events

HR Management

Assisting in recruitment and selection function
