Any graduate or post graduate

Effective and good communication skills are must

Candidates having minimum 6 months relevant experience in recruitment industry will be preferred

Carry out recruitment drives and conducting interviews for capturing the best talent from the market as per companys business requirements

Evaluate candidates against the business requirements

Plan and conduct walk - ins on a regular basis

Negotiate and explain salary to new joiners

Work with team to improvise on the existing recruitment patterns to make recruitment more cost and time effective

Proficiently prepare and maintain the candidate tracking sheet,
