Assist with detailed planning on agreed strategies, perform analysis/feasibility on requirements in partnership with technology
Preparing project & communication plans, status reports, etc
Partner with cross functional team to design process flows, hand offs and identify control gaps
Think through data reconciliation requirements and determine control reports
Perform analysis on large volume of data and compare for accuracy and completeness
Provide data dump, login ids to functional and technology partners for test purposes
Monitor test scripts, test scenarios and test data for accuracy
Ensure all system applications and cross functional teams are in sync for testing activities
Adherence to the Testing policy (conduct Positive and Negative testing) for System, Integration and UAT phases and record appropriately in Application Lifecycle Management
Gather complete understanding of all defects/issues raised ensuring the same is detailed and assigned promptly to the appropriate team for resolution
Execute data integrity checks during testing cycles
Ensure accurate understanding between technical and business teams
Multi tasking on leading other project/initiatives
Prepare presentation on any process change documents
Drive meetings Agendas and ensure all tasks are brought to closure
Guide, coach and train junior staff to perform required tasks
Motivate the team to provide ideas to ensure proposed processes are accurate
Manage leave schedule for testing team
Work closely with Project Manager to cascade testing status, highlight change management impacts, team progress status

Graduate or Post graduate from any discipline
Typically 5 7 years of HR experience, with project management background, strong analytical and data/information management skills
Innovative, problem solving mind set, willingness to own projects and creatively find solutions
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; ability to work well under pressure
High level of proficiency with Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience with PeopleSoft, HCM is preferred but not mandatory
People Management experience (1-3 years)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Challenges the status quo
Organized, able to prioritize work and able to balance multiple competing priorities
Ability to logically think through situations (even though limited subject expertise), connect the dots and recommend appropriate approach
Ability to deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities

Able to work under strict deadlines with flexible working hours, including support of global time zones
